First and foremost, thank you so much for being here. It’s a pleasure to welcome you. My name is Nina Valles, and I am the Owner and Lead Planner behind Meadow Road Weddings & Events. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and I am a Certified Wedding & Event Planner with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality  industry. My passion for creativity, desire for deep connections and distinctive understanding for the event industry is what motivated me to start my own journey as an entrepreneur.

Before starting my own business, I spent years gaining invaluable experience at luxury hotels, country clubs and full-service catering companies – working alongside award-winning banquet teams to help execute high-end weddings, private meetings and special events. Working as an event planner has been an exciting and incredibly rewarding career. It allows me the opportunity to unleash my innermost artistic side and to make heartfelt connections that bring an abundance of fulfillment to my life and to the life of others. My favorite aspect of working with events is getting to know my clients on a personal level and bringing their vision to life through a fun and inspiring process. I am extremely passionate about my work and my ability to help bring people together to enjoy all the celebrations that life has to offer. 

When I am not planning events, you can find me spending time in nature, gardening, painting or cooking up a new recipe for my family to indulge in.
